Intense ruby red color with burgundy reflections. Aromas of coffee, plum jam, ripe fruit, licorice and cinnamon are intertwined with notes of vanilla and a touch of mint. On the palate it is soft, with a medium body and sweet tannins that give it a long and elegant finish.
Dark red color with intense violet hues. Dark red fruits and flowers in harmony with spicy aromas and vanilla notes from the oak. Sweet in the mouth, with good concentration and freshness. Persistent tannins, strengthening the structure assembled in the barrel. Winemaker: MICHEL ROLLAND Harvested by hand in 18kg bins. Double grape selection during the first days of April. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Intense ruby red color with a powerful nose that unleashes loads of red fruit full of plums and a characteristic spiciness. This richly structured Cab is full bodied with a great balance and multi-layered finish.
Aging: 30% of the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels and 70% in stainless steel tanks for 6 months which are then blended achieving great balance between the oak and the fruit.
