Although as a white grape, the Pinot Grigio grape's skins naturally develop a pale purple tinge when the berries are fully ripe, and it is these color pigments that make this wine lightly pink with a pale copper hue.

To obtain its color we macerate the juice in the skins for about 24 to 36 hours. 

The grapes used for this wine are hand-picked, handled minimally and fermented with wild ambient yeast in small bins for 16 days.
