Appearance: Cherry color with maroon edges. Aroma: Excellent fruity expression in the nose with fine nuances of red and black fruits. Flavor: Good structure in the mouth with intense fruity aromas and a long finish that combines acidity and woody notes. Ageing: 36 months in new French and American oak. With Food Stewed rabbit, Smoked ham hock, Deep-fried beef turnovers and marinated pork ribs.
Red Blend: 49% Garnatxa, 44% Syrah and 7% Samsó (Carinyena) Seductive deep garnet in color. On the nose it exhibits aromas of blackberry and blueberry followed by a fragrance of black licorice and ground coffee. On the palate it’s elegant with a silky texture due to its rounded tannins that give structure to the wine. Red ripe fruit juice stand out mingled with notes of herbs and toasted caramel which lingers.
In color it is slightly darker than what is habitual. On the nose there appears a delicious perfume of flowers, a touch of freshness and of Mediterranean lowland forest, and juicy ripe fruit in the background. A Garnacha intense in the mouth, corpulent with a magnificent perception of fiber and weight. It has volume, fluidity and structured tannins Elaboration: selection of the grapes and vinification without de-stemming. Long and respectful maceration.
Charming brilliant cherry garnet color. It displays a symphony of seductive red ripe fruit aromas on the nose such as blueberries, wild cherries and redcurrants. Refreshing forest herbs notes reminiscent of rosemary and thyme with an exuberant violet aroma and a final flourish of toasted caramel. On the palate its pure seduction, fresh and vivid, as freshly squeezed red and black fruit juice. A subtle framework of rounded and elegant tannins provide body and structure. Succulent and tasty, well-balanced and harmonious.
Delicate and deep garnet color. On the nose its pure fragrance of red fruit, pomegranate, citrus such as blood orange with hints of fleshier fruits such as plums, raspberries and a refreshing touch of herbs (sage and rosemary).
It charms the palate with fleshy, long, granulated, almost chewy tannins, resulting in a heady aftertaste: cherries and fresh bay leaf. Long and very pleasant.
Selected grapes vinified without de-stemming. Long and respectful maceration. Fermentation took place in oak barrels under low temperature using indigenous yeasts
Intense, clean and garnet in color with violet reflections. On the nose its fragrant with berry fruit aromas such as blackberry, blueberry and black cherry, encompassed by a delicious and elegant perfume of vanilla and coconut with a hint of toasted bread conferred by its oak ageing. On the palate it has a silky texture with a structure formed by polished tannins together with an intense aroma of ripe red fruit. A harmonious and balanced whole, with a final touch reminiscent of black licorice and a hint of candy
Macabeo, Xarel lo and Parellada Yellow, pale, with greenish and grayish trim. Aromas of white fruit mixed with subtle notes of pastry parenting, giving a fresh and warm at the same time showing its complexity nose. On palate, soft yet structured, with fine and elegant bubbles. We found the notes a little more ripe fruit, but with a lively acidity that gives us start in the aftertaste, with hints of pastry.

Deep and bright. Wide, intense aromas of ripe fruit, typical of Tinto Fino grapes.
In the mouth, it offers smooth tannins, an agreable passage and a very expresive, aromatic aftertaste.

The wine displays a deep, rich, cherry color and medium
body. To the nose this wine offers clean fruity aromas with
hints of balsamic and oak nuances. Taste is smooth and
balanced with hints of ripe fruit, lingering long but
delicately in the mouth.
This wine has been aged for 16 months in American and
French oak, decanted periodically in the cellar, and given
90% Tempranillo and 10% Garnacha
