Payment Terms and Conditions

By submitting an order, purchaser agrees that he or she is 21 years of age or older. Purchaser understands that an adult signature is required for delivery and packages will not be left at the door. Upon ordering, purchaser's credit card will be charged and the order will be shipped within 72 Hours.

1. Accepted Methods of Payment

WINE41.COM accepts payment through the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

We are unable to accept checks or money orders for online purchases.

2. Charges

At the time you place your order our system will charge your credit card and the order will be shipped within 72 hours.

3. Credit Card Updates

To update your billing information as well as add, remove or update your credit card number, please visit Your Account (click the "Your Account" or "Hello 'First Name'" link in the Upper Right area of our Online Store).

After logging in, scroll down to the "Credit Cards" area to add, remove or update your cards.

4. Taxes

We are obligated to collect state alcohol taxes under in the following circumstances:

When shipping to states where we have direct shipment certificates.
In states where we have a warehouse from which we make in-state shipments.
In states where excise taxes are required.
If your order includes tax, the delivery state falls under at least one of these.

5. Refunds and Returns

WINE41.COM makes every effort to protect its wines for transport to our customers. In the event of damage occurring in transit, claims should be made within five days of receipt of product. 

If the purchaser prefers, WINE41.COM will replace such product at no cost, if available. If a purchased product is damaged or lost in transit, WINE41.COM will replace the product on completion of a trace. If the product is no longer available, WINE41.COM will refund the full amount paid.

Once wine is shipped, if returned, it is the purchaser's responsibility to pay all shipping and return shipment charges. If purchaser feels that wine quality is not acceptable, and the wine was never exposed to temperature extremes (below 30°F or above 80°F), WINE41.COMmust be notified with 24 hours and at least 75% of the bottle's content must remain. WINE41.COM may offer replacement or refund if our own chemical and sensory analysis supports the claim. The bottle must be resealed with a suitable closure, packed to prevent breakage, and returned within 2 days of opening. Send bottle with proof of purchase and purchaser's name, address and phone number.
