Destemmed and soft pressing with inertesed atmosphere. Static defrosting of the must for 24 hours and fermentation separately in 150 hl stainless steel tanks at a temperatre of 15°C. 5 months in deposito on fine lees applying the technique of “battonage”.

Aroma: Intense and fruity nose with pear, citrus and white flowers.
Flavor: Very creamy, fresh and fruity mouth with mineral nuances and very persistent finish.
